Hey there! I’m Johnathon Workman, the owner of Workman’s Construction. I am a fourth-generation residential contractor with six years of professional full-time experience, in addition to many years assisting my dad and grandfather long before I could hold a job. I strongly believe in providing honest, quality service at a fair price, striving for complete customer satisfaction on every project we undertake. Outside of work, I am a proud father of three incredible children and happily married to the love of my life. I look forward to continuing to serve the Ohio Valley and beyond for many more years!

Hi, I’m Parker Workman, currently 13 years old. I’ve been helping my dad since I was 9, doing tasks such as demolition, plumbing, small electrical projects, and drywall work. I also handle cleaning up and moving materials. When I'm not working on projects, I enjoy playing Fortnite and Call of Duty. I love learning and engaging in our projects, always looking to bring humor and laughter to the team. As I grow older, I hope to learn more and maybe even carry on the family business someday.

I’m Brandon Michael Dougherty, but everyone calls me Doc. I’m a laborer for Workman’s Construction and have been with the company for 10 months. My specialties include demolition, painting, and cabinet installation, with additional experience in block and concrete work. At 23, I cherish spending time with family and friends, and find great fulfillment in helping others.

Hey, my name is Brian. I’m the foreman for Workman’s Construction and approaching my first year with the company. I’ve lived in the Ohio Valley my entire life, bringing 35 years of experience in delivering professional quality home remodeling. While I specialize in cabinetry and trim, I am proficient in all aspects of construction. I am married to my best friend and loving wife, Vickie, and together we have two children and two stepdaughters, as well as seven wonderful grandchildren.

Hey my name is John. I have been in the industry for 15+ years and specialize in drywall and am skilled in any remodeling. I recently relocated here from Pittsburgh with my girlfriend and two sons.  I have a passion for cars and taking my truck to shows with my family.

Randy Dozer

Hi, my name is Randy Dozer. I have been working with Workman's Construction as a carpenter for 3 months.  I have worked in the construction field since the 1980's and bring attention to detail and a desire to do quality work to every project.  I love seeing the look on a client's face when they are extremely pleased with the transformation of their project! In my spare time, I am the manager of a small rental property in Dilles Bottom which I am currently remodeling to give people in the Ohio Valley a clean and safe place to live and call home.

John Ryckman

Hi, my name is John Ryckman, my friends all call me Johnny-O. I am a carpenter at Workman's Construction.  I was born and raised in Michigan and recently moved her to help a friend with a remodeling project. I loved the area, and decided to stay. I began working in the construction field when I was 14 doing concrete work with my brother. Over the years I have worked in all aspects of remodeling, including fabricating and installing granite countertops. I love to do quality work and customer satisfaction is my goal.
